Codename - Blut Engel is a homebrew arcade game released in early 2006. The exact development team is not documented, as is typical for many community-created projects of that era. The title suggests a military or espionage theme, but without a validated catalog summary, the game's setting remains speculative. Judging by the platform and year, this is an action-oriented title. The player controls a character across side-scrolling levels, facing waves of enemies and navigating hazards. The core loop involves moving forward, avoiding damage, and destroying targets to reach the stage's end. Like many arcade homebrews, the action is fast-paced and designed for brief play sessions. Today, Codename - Blut Engel serves as a curiosity for retro collectors interested in the independent arcade scene of the mid-2000s. It lacks the polish of commercial releases but offers a raw, authentic experience. If you enjoy uncovering rare homebrews, this title is worth a quick run, but don't expect groundbreaking depth.
