Getting Started
Press Enter to start the game. Since this is a Japanese-only release, the menus will be in Japanese, but the core gameplay is easy to understand without reading text. Use the Arrow Keys to move the falling column of blocks left or right, and press X to rotate the blocks into different orientations. The goal is to arrange them so that they fill complete horizontal rows, which then disappear and earn you points.
As you clear rows, the game speeds up gradually, demanding faster decisions. If the blocks stack up to the top of the playfield, the game ends. There is no continue or bonus stage - just pure arcade puzzle action. The key is to plan ahead and create gaps for incoming blocks. Try to keep the stack low and use rotations efficiently.

Bloxeed FAQ
Roughly how long does it take to finish Bloxeed?
Typical play sessions last between 10 and 30 minutes, as the speed increases until the player inevitably tops out. There is no final boss or ending screen - only a high score to chase.
Is Bloxeed exclusive to Arcade or did it appear on other systems?
Bloxeed was an arcade exclusive in Japan and was never ported to home consoles or computers. It remains playable only through arcade emulation today.
Is there anything iconic or memorable about Bloxeed?
For collectors, the game is notable for being one of the titles that used Sega's FD1094 security chip, making original boards tricky to preserve. Its straightforward block-stacking action is competent but not groundbreaking compared to contemporaries like Columns.
