Getting Started Start the game by pressing Enter to proceed past the SEGA title screen. The main menu lets you choose to start a new game or access a level select if available. In this hack, you play as Sonic through modified versions of Green Hill Zone and other stages. The core loop remains the same: run right, collect rings, avoid spikes and enemies, and reach the goal sign at the end of each act. Rings act as health; losing them means a hit without extra protection. The hack tweaks enemy placements, obstacle layouts, and sometimes introduces new platforming sections. Expect tighter jumps and unfamiliar terrain compared to the original game. Mastering the spin dash (hold down and press the B button while stationary) is key to gaining speed and clearing some gaps. If the hack includes any special stage entries, they are typically triggered by collecting 50 rings and jumping into a giant ring at the end of a zone.
