Getting started: When the game boots, you are taken to a modified title screen that lists the available challenge stages. Use the D-Pad to select a stage and press X (A button) to start. Each challenge has a specific goal, such as collecting a certain number of rings, reaching a checkpoint quickly, or defeating all enemies within a time limit. The core loop is simple: pick a challenge, complete it, and move to the next. There is no save feature; progress resets when you turn off the console. Some stages may require precise platforming or knowledge of Sonic's spin dash and roll mechanics. If you are unfamiliar with the base game, practice the controls in a normal run first.
