Getting Started
Pick a character from the title screen. You can choose Sonic, Tails, or Knuckles, or pair them up if you want. The game rolls through every zone from both original games in sequence. You run right, jump on enemies, collect rings, and grab shields to survive.
The core loop is all about speed and precision. Each act ends with a giant ring that takes you to a bonus stage where you collect Chaos Emeralds. Getting all of them lets you turn into Super Sonic or Hyper forms later. Watch out for spikes and bottomless pits - they kill instantly.
If you're familiar with the original games, this hack feels identical in play. The only difference is you don't need to swap cartridges or use the lock-on feature. Just load the ROM and go. Menus are in English, so navigation is straightforward. Save states are your friend for practicing tough sections.
