How to play No Escape online
Getting Started
When you start No Escape, you are dropped into the first level immediately. Your character begins on a beach that leads into the prison island facilities. The first thing to do is get comfortable with the controls: use the D-Pad to move left and right, the A button to jump (which you'll need often to avoid obstacles and reach platforms), and the B button to attack enemies. Running and punching are your basic tools until you find better weapons.
The core loop is simple: advance through each stage, defeat or avoid enemies, and collect any items that restore health or give you a temporary advantage. Watch for guard patrols and inmates who rush at you. There is no map or branching path; the levels are linear. If you die, you restart from the beginning of the current area. The game does not have a continue system in the traditional sense, so persistence is key.
New players should keep moving but stay alert for off-screen threats. The jump timing can take a little practice, especially when platforms are narrow. There is no pause screen hint system, so learning enemy patterns through trial and error is part of the experience. Stick with it and the gameable becomes manageable after a couple of tries.
