How to Play Jet in Sonic 3 & Knuckles Online

The goal is to reach the end of each act while collecting rings to survive hits. Press X to jump, and press S while holding down to perform a spin dash. You can also hold S while in the air to perform a drop dash in some versions, but the base game does not have that - stick to the classic spin dash.
As you progress, watch for loops, enemies, and bottomless pits. Collecting 50 rings allows entry into a special stage when you touch a star post with 50 rings. The hack does not alter the storyline or bonus mechanics, so treat it like normal Sonic 3 & Knuckles. If you are unfamiliar with the original, start by practicing basic movement and enemy timing. Save states can help you learn tricky sections.
