Goofy's Hysterical History Tour (USA)

Once you hit Start on the title screen, you'll be dropped into the first stage immediately. Goofy automatically runs right, and you control his jumps and attacks using the A and B buttons. The D-pad moves him left or right, but he always faces the direction of travel. Your goal in each level is to reach the end while avoiding obstacles and enemies like the sneaky Pete, who is trying to ruin Goofy's day.

The core loop is simple: run, jump over gaps and hazards, and use Goofy's spin attack (B button) to knock out enemies or break crates. Collecting items like stars or fruit adds to your score, but there is no health bar in the traditional sense - getting hit once sends Goofy flying back a few steps. The game is forgiving at first, but later stages require precise timing on moving platforms. There are no continues, so you have to get through each level in one go or start over.
