Super Mario 3 Special

Getting started:

You start on a title screen, then press Enter to begin. The game is a side-scrolling platformer where you control Mario or a similar character. Your goal is to reach the flag at the end of each stage while avoiding enemies and pitfalls.

Jump on Goombas and Koopas to defeat them. Collect coins for points and power-ups like mushrooms or flowers to gain abilities. Stomp on flying enemies or use the run button to run faster over gaps. The core loop is simple: move right, survive obstacles, and clear the level.

If the menus appear in a foreign language (often Chinese or broken English), try pressing V to toggle settings or use trial and error. Expect glitches or sprite flickering - common in bootlegs. Save features may not work, so finish levels in one session.
