Each ghost has a different personality - for example, Blinky chases you directly, while Pinky tries to ambush you. If you get caught, you lose a life. The game ends when all lives are gone. The mini-games are separate challenges that break from the maze routine; you can access them from the main menu. No special techniques are needed beyond the basic controls, but practice helps you learn ghost patterns.

A new player should know that the mazes are identical to the arcade version, so memorizing routes and ghost behavior is key. The power pellet timing is critical - don't waste it. Also, every few levels the maze changes slightly, keeping things fresh.
