Kawaii Pet Shop Monogatari

Getting Started When you start Kawaii Pet Shop Monogatari, you are likely greeted with a menu that is entirely in Japanese. Selecting the first option typically starts a new game. The core gameplay revolves around managing a pet store: you buy animals from suppliers, care for them by feeding and cleaning, and then sell them to customers for profit. The D-pad moves a cursor or your character around the shop, and buttons confirm actions like selecting an animal or interacting with a customer. As you progress, you will earn money to upgrade your shop and unlock new animals. Pay attention to the icons in the menu - often a heart represents happiness, a coin stands for money, and a paw print might mean pets. Since the language barrier can be tricky, experimenting with the options and observing what changes after each action will help you learn the loop. The game saves progress automatically or via a save file, so you can come back to your shop later.
