Unofficial fan translation. The notes below come from community sources and have not been verified against the patch itself, so levels, mechanics and features may differ from what is described.

This is an English fan translation of Phantasy Star II: Anne's Adventure, a Japan-exclusive side story originally released on Sega's NetMega service for the SEGA Genesis. The original version was a compact RPG that tied into the events of Phantasy Star II, and this translation patch by MIJET dates from October 2007. It's essentially an alternate build of a very niche download-only title, now preserved for Western players.

How to play Phantasy Star II - Anne's Adventure online

Getting Started: Phantasy Star II: Anne's Adventure is a short, dungeon-crawling RPG. You control Anne as she explores a standalone maze, battles enemies in turn-based combat, and collects items. Because this is a fan translation, the menus and dialogue are in English, so you can follow the story without guesswork. Start by exploring the first screen, talk to any NPCs for hints, then head into the dungeon. The core loop is navigating corridors, fighting random encounters, and managing your HP and magic points. Save often if the emulator allows it. This is a compact experience, so you can finish it in under an hour.
