Getting Started

When you first start Evolution - Eternal Dungeons, you will see a brief intro screen then a title menu. Select "New Game" (the top option) to begin. You will be asked to name your character - use the virtual keyboard or default name. Then you are dropped into a small town where you can buy equipment from the shop and talk to NPCs for hints. Your goal is to enter the dungeon located north of town.

Combat is turn-based but takes place on the dungeon map. When you encounter an enemy, the game switches to a battle screen where you choose Attack, Magic, Item, or Run. Manage your HP and MP carefully; you can retreat to town to heal, but enemies respawn. As you defeat monsters, you gain experience and gold. If you die, you lose half your gold but retain items and levels. The game has no auto-save, so remember to save regularly.
