Getting Started
When you start Mazin Saga, you'll be greeted by a title screen and then the main menu. Since this is a Japanese-only release, all menu text is in Japanese. Press Start to begin the game or navigate with the D-Pad to select options. The first thing you'll do is choose a difficulty or start a single-player game. There's no character select because you always play as the Mazinger robot.
The core gameplay is simple: move right using the D-Pad and fight enemies using the B button for attacks and the A button for jumping. Your health bar is at the top, and you'll occasionally find health pickups after defeating certain enemies.
