Getting Started
When you boot up the game, you'll see a title screen and then a character select. Choose between Axel, Blaze, or Adam - each has slightly different speed and attack power. After selecting, you'll start on the first stage, walking from left to right as enemies come at you. Your basic attack is the B button (S key), which punches or kicks depending on your character and position. You can also jump with A button (X key) and perform a jumping attack or a forward roll by pressing down + B while running.
The core loop is simple: clear each screen of thugs, move forward, and survive until the level ends. You have a health bar that depletes when hit. Collect food items like apples and roast chicken to recover health. You'll also find weapons lying around - press B over them to pick them up, then press B again to swing. Each weapon has a limited number of uses. Special attacks (press B after jumping, or use a combination of buttons) cost a little health but can clear enemies around you. Keep an eye on your health and try to save special moves for tough crowds or bosses.
If you're playing in two-player mode, both players can fight together - just be careful not to hit your partner accidentally (friendly fire is on). The game is generous with continues, but you'll need to learn enemy patterns to survive later stages. There's no save feature, so it's a straight arcade-style run to the end.
