How to play Wolfchild online
Getting Started
Press Enter to start the game. You will see a title screen, then a brief intro. The first level begins automatically. Move with Arrow Keys, jump with X, and attack with S (B button). In human form, you shoot a projectile; in wolf form (activated by collecting a transformation item), you use claws. The goal is to reach the end of each stage, defeat the boss, and progress.
The core loop is simple: run right, avoid or destroy enemies, collect power-ups and health, and survive. Watch for pits and spikes. Enemy patterns are straightforward but require timing. You have a life bar, and continues are limited. The game saves nothing, so finishing it in one sitting is the intended challenge.
If you get stuck, look for hidden items in bushes or behind walls. The sound and music are a highlight on Sega CD, so keep the volume up. No special emulator tricks are needed; the standard mappings work fine.

Wolfchild FAQ
Is Wolfchild considered easy to pick up or challenging?
Wolfchild leans toward moderate difficulty. The early stages are forgiving, but later levels introduce tighter platforming and tougher enemy patterns. It is not brutally hard like some shooters, but expect to replay sections a few times.
What type of game is Wolfchild?
Wolfchild is a side-scrolling platformer. You run, jump, attack, and transform between human and wolf forms. It follows the standard run-to-the-right level design common in early 90s action games.
Is Wolfchild exclusive to SEGA CD or did it appear on other systems?
Wolfchild is not exclusive to SEGA CD. It originally came out on Amiga and Atari ST, then was ported to SNES, Genesis, Master System, and Game Gear. The Sega CD version is one of several ports.
