What is Magic of Scheherazade, The?

Magic of Scheherazade, The is an action RPG released for the Nintendo Entertainment System in the USA. Developed by KID and published by the now-defunct company, it was part of a wave of RPGs that aimed to capture the imagination of players during the late 80s and early 90s. The game combines elements of adventure and role-playing, characteristic of its genre during this era, featuring a rich narrative inspired by Middle Eastern folklore. In this game, players take on the role of a young hero tasked with defeating the evil sorcerer who threatens the land.
