Released exclusively in Japan, this game aims to provide an interactive way to learn and practice mental arithmetic skills, which aligns with the genre of educational gaming prevalent on the platform. While specific developer and publisher details are not widely documented, the game's intent is clear in its focus on learning rather than conventional gameplay mechanics found in typical video games.
