How to Play Exciting Soccer - Konami Cup (Japan) Online
When you boot the game, you'll see a title screen in Japanese. Press Start to reach the main menu. Use the D-pad and A button to select between "Tournament Mode" (トーナメント) and "VS Mode" (対戦).
