Sensible Soccer - International Edition (World)

Getting started: Boot up the game and you'll see a simple menu. Choose a friendly match or tournament mode. Select your team (or two teams if playing with a friend). The core gameplay involves moving your players with the D-Pad, passing with X (kick) while aiming with the direction, and shooting with X when near the goal. Sprint by holding X while moving (in some versions, the sprint is automatic). Tackling uses S (B button) to steal the ball. The ball physics are exaggerated and fun, with huge player heads and a plump ball. Keep an eye on the radar to see teammates off-screen. The goal is simple: score more goals than your opponent within the time limit. Practice a few matches to get the hang of the quick responsiveness.
