This is Atomic Runner (Europe), the SEGA Genesis port of the arcade game Atomic Runner Chelnov originally released by Data East in 1988. The Genesis version came out in 1992, bringing the arcade action to home consoles. It's a side-scrolling shooter platformer, putting you in the role of Chelnov, a coal miner mutated by radiation from a nuclear power plant explosion.

How to Play Atomic Runner (Europe) Online
