Super Return of the Jedi is a side‑scrolling action game. You start with a brief intro then jump into the level selection screen. Pick any stage you've unlocked - beginning with the Tatooine desert. The core loop is simple: run from left to right, defeat Imperial soldiers and creatures with your lightsaber or blaster, collect power‑ups like extra health or stronger weapons, and reach the end of the level to face a boss. Some stages have vertical sections where you climb or descend using platforms and ropes.

As a new player, rely on the lightsaber for close combat but don't forget the blaster for distant enemies. You have a life bar and a set number of continues; losing all lives sends you back to the stage start. There are no difficulty options, so expect a fair challenge.
