How to play Bonkers Wax Up! online
When you start Bonkers Wax Up!, the title screen appears. Press Enter to begin. You control Bonkers across side-scrolling levels. Use the D-Pad to move left or right and to crouch. Press X to jump over gaps and onto platforms. Use S to attack enemies with your weapon. You can also run by holding S while moving. The goal is simple: reach the exit at the end of each stage.
As you progress, you'll encounter various hazards like pits, spikes, and enemies. Collect stars and other items to earn points. The game continues until you lose all your lives - fall into a pit or get hit by an enemy too many times and it's game over. There are no continues, so be careful. The levels are linear, and each one ends with a door or flag. The difficulty ramps up gradually, but it remains manageable for most players.
If you've played any classic 2D platformer, you'll feel right at home. There are no complicated combos or hidden mechanics. Just jump, run, and attack your way through each stage. The game saves your progress automatically after completing a level if you're playing on the original hardware, but on emulation you may need to use save states manually if you want to restart from a later point.
