Getting started is straightforward: press the Start button to open the title screen. Since this is the Japanese version, menus are in Japanese - select a character by pressing the A button (X key) on the portrait you want. The core loop involves moving left to right across urban stages, fighting waves of thugs and dinosaur-riding enemies. Use the joystick to move and the B button (S key) to attack. Combine attacks with direction inputs for different moves. You can pick up weapons like knives and pipes for extra damage. Watch your health bar and collect food items to recover.

Some stages include driving segments where you control a car. You also have a special attack tied to the Y button (Z key) that uses a bit of health but can clear out enemies. The game ends when you run out of credits, so keep an eye on the continue counter. Most of the on-screen instructions are in Japanese, but the core mechanics are identical to the international version.
