Getting Started: Start the game by pressing Enter. The arcade port presents you with a brief title screen before dropping you into the first level. Select your character from the available crew members using the arrow keys and confirm with X. The core gameplay is straightforward - move from left to right, blasting enemies with your primary weapon. Collect power-ups that drop from destroyed enemies to upgrade your gun or gain temporary invincibility. Each level ends with a boss fight that usually requires pattern recognition to beat. The game uses a health bar system, so you can take a few hits before losing a life. It's a classic quarter-muncher, so expect a fair challenge right from the start.

Bucky O'Hare supports two-player co-op, so grab a friend to double the firepower. The controls are responsive, and the action is non-stop. Keep moving and shooting, and watch out for environmental hazards like pits and spikes. The arcade version does not have saves, so you'll need to complete it in one sitting (or use continues).
