Getting started is straightforward. You pick one of several mech pilots, each with a different starting weapon and special move. The core loop is classic beat 'em up: move left to right, punch and kick enemies, use your mech's arm cannon or sword, and grab power-ups that drop from destroyed foes. You can also dash and perform a special attack that consumes some health.

One important mechanic is the weapon upgrade system. When you defeat certain enemies, they leave behind weapon icons that change your mech's arm weapon. Each weapon has its own range, damage, and combo potential. Experiment to find what works best.
