How to Play OutRunners (Japan) Online
When you boot up OutRunners, you'll be greeted by a title screen in Japanese. Press Start to proceed to game mode selection. Choose your preferred transmission type (automatic or manual) and then pick one of the three courses. The game uses a timer-based system: you must reach each checkpoint before time expires to continue.
The core gameplay involves accelerating your car, steering left and right to avoid oncoming traffic, and deciding which branch to take at forks in the road. Each branch affects the timer and scenery.
