Getting Started

When you boot the game, you'll see a title screen in Japanese. Use the D-Pad to navigate menu options and press the A button (X key) to select. The main menu likely offers exhibition games, a playoff mode, or a practice session. Start by picking a team and moving into the court.

Gameplay is typical arcade-style basketball. Control one player at a time, pass with the B button (S key), shoot with the A button (X key), and use the D-Pad to move. Stealing and blocking happen automatically or with specific button presses depending on context. The core loop is running down the court, passing to open teammates, and taking shots while defending on the other end.

Since this is a Japanese import, menus and on-screen instructions are in Japanese. If you don't read the language, trial and error using the control bindings will get you into a game. Focus on learning basic moves through exhibition mode before jumping into the playoff series. The game keeps track of scores and fouls, but there are no deep RPG elements - just fast-paced hoops action.
