Getting Started

Jump into a hockey match by selecting your team and opponent from the Japanese menu. The game follows standard arcade hockey conventions: you control one player at a time, passing and shooting to score goals. The camera scrolls with the puck, keeping the action centered on the rink.

Core gameplay revolves around positioning and timing. Use the D-pad to skate, the A button to shoot or pass, and the B button to body-check opponents. Defensively, you can switch to the nearest skater to intercept the puck. Matches are short and punchy, with a two-minute period timer typical of arcade ports. Because menus are in Japanese, trial and error may be needed to navigate team selection and difficulty settings, but the basic hockey loop is intuitive once the first face-off begins.
