Getting Started

As this is a Japanese edition, the menus and text are in Japanese. However, the interface is simple: you navigate a title screen with the D-Pad and press X to confirm. The main options include single-player mode and multiplayer battle mode. In single-player, you clear stages by bombing all enemies and destroying soft blocks to find the exit.

Your character starts in a grid-based arena. Walk with the D-Pad and press S to drop a bomb. Bombs explode after a few seconds, damaging enemies and destructible blocks. You can pick up power-ups that appear after explosions - these increase bomb range, allow multiple bombs, speed up movement, or grant the ability to kick bombs. Avoid being caught in your own explosions. The core loop is simple: explore, bomb, survive, and reach the door to advance.

If you play multiplayer, the goal is to be the last bomber standing. The same power-ups apply, but you must outsmart human opponents. The controls are responsive and the game moves quickly, so learn to time your bomb placements and retreats. Since all on-screen indicators are pictorial, language is not a barrier once you understand the basics.
